Ooni Koda 2 Max Launch Promotion - Specific Terms

1. About these terms 

1.1 Thank you for taking part in the Promotion. We’re so excited that you want to enter our Promotion. Our mission is to make sure anyone can make great pizza, and this Promotion is one small step in helping to make that mission a reality. 

1.2 What these terms cover. These terms set out all the details of the Promotion together with some (admittedly tedious, but necessary) legal stuff. 

1.3 How these terms work. 

1.3 (a) This document is called the “Specific Terms”. It sets out all the exciting bits of the Promotion - including details of the things that we’re giving away - and tells you how to enter the Promotion.

1.3 (c) The Standard Terms set out the boring (but very important) terms and conditions applying to the Promotion. They are incorporated into these Specific Terms. You must read them carefully.

1.3 (d) The Standard Terms and these Specific Terms are together known as the “Promotion Terms”. 

1.3 (e) By submitting an Entry you agree to the Promotion Terms.

1.4 Definitions: Capitalised terms used in these Specific Terms have the meaning given to them in the Standard Promotion Terms unless otherwise defined in this document.

The What

Q. First things first, what is the Promotion?

A. This is the Koda 2 Max Launch Promotion (the “Promotion”)

Q. Who is the Promoter? 

A. Ooni Germany

Q. Is this a “Prize Draw” or a “Mass Giveaway” promotion?

A. This Promotion is a Prize Draw

The When

Q. What is the Promotion Period (i.e. when will the Promotion run)? 

A. The Promotion Period will start at 00.01 (London time) on 16 April 2024 and end at 23.59 (London time) on 25 May 2024 (the “Promotion Period”)

Q. What date will the draw take place?

A. On or about 7th June 2024 (the “Draw Date”)

The Who

Q. Who is Eligible to take part in the Promotion/ what countries and regions is the promotion going to run in? 

A. To enter the Promotion you must meet the General Eligibility Criteria and the Global Eligibility Criteria described in the Standard Terms and Conditions. To be clear, as this is an Email Entry promotion, you must also be subscribed to the Ooni newsletter and have provided us with a consent to marketing at the time of any Prize Draw or Substitute Prize Draw. If you meet the relevant criteria you will be an “Eligible Participant”. 

The How

Q. How can you enter the Promotion?

A. To enter the Promotion you must submit an Email Entry (as defined in the Standard Terms). In brief, that means you must: during the promotion period, complete the entry form on the Promotion Site. Remember, you must be subscribed to the Ooni newsletter and have provided us with a consent to marketing at the time of any Prize Draw or Substitute Prize Draw to be an Eligible Participant.

A. One

The Why

Q. What will the Prize consist of?

A. One Ooni Koda 2 Max Pizza Oven; one Ooni Cover for a Koda 2 Max Pizza Oven; and one Ooni 14” Pizza Peel  (together the “Prize”)

Q. How many Prizes will there be?

A. One (1)

Q. What is the approximate retail value of the Prize?

A. €1,040

The Where (actually, this is just “the Who to”, but our promotions team said we had to complete the five W’s)

Q. Is there a third party involved in this Promotion?

A. No

Q. Is the Co-Promoter providing any portion of the Prize?

A. No

Q. Is there anything else you need to know? Are there any other special conditions applying to the Promotion?

A. Yes. Notwithstanding Clause 5.5(b) of the Standard T&Cs, Entrants will gain ten Bonus Entries for each Additional Entrant that submits a valid Entry to the Promotion. Additionally: Entrants may gain additional Bonus Entries as follows: 

(a) each Entrant that starts following @oonihq, @ooni.uk, @ooni.fr, @ooni.it, @oonide or @ooni.anz, on Instagram (or, already follows one or more of those Instagram account, and clicks the relevant button on the Promotion Site to confirm that they follow the account(s)) will gain 5 Bonus Entries;

(b) each Entrant that downloads the Ooni mobile application and answers the questions relating to the application on the Promotion Site will gain 10 Bonus Entries; 

(c) each Entrant that starts following @oonihq on TikTok will gain 5 Bonus Entries; and 

(d) each Entrant that: 

(d)(i) shares one or more of the pictures provided by Ooni on the on the Promotion Site to their Instagram account, and

(d)(ii) tags their post with #Koda2Max, 

(d)(iii) will gain 20 Bonus Entries,

in each case where the Entrant must do so using the unique link provided on the Promotion Site.
